OUR ETHOS
Everyone lives differently.
At RowettReid, we find these differences are a constant source of inspiration, and we aim to respond to them with each project we take on. We enjoy getting to know our clients and the people who will use the buildings we design, as well as the environments around them. We are often led in surprising directions, but this allows us to design spaces that are grounded in an understanding of what, and where, we are building.
We value collaboration. Most building projects involve a large number of people, including clients, contractors, local authorities, engineers, quantity surveyors, and the wider local community. We work with experienced teams to help push projects further and better meet the goals and needs of the people we are designing for.
Abi and Luke are both qualified architects with many years’ experience between them working on diverse projects in even more diverse locations; on houses, bars, restaurants and hotels across the UK, Europe and further afield in places such as Mozambique and New York. Our approach has been learned through each successful project we have designed and continues to develop and excite us with each new project we take on.
